In addition to our estate planning practice, Mason & Martin, LLP provides trust and estate administration services for individuals and families. Our attorneys assist clients with the probate or administration process in the Probate Court and routinely serve as Executors or Personal Representatives of a number of estates in Massachusetts, and as Trustees of various trusts, or as counsel to those estates or trusts. In those capacities, our attorneys oversee the investment, management, and distribution of estate and trust assets, and also the preparation or supervising the preparation of estate and income tax returns and many other matters related to the administration of such estates and trusts.
